Beetroot Wild Ale, 4.6% ABV

We got the beet! Brewed for the season's turn, this fresh saison was fermented and aged directly on beets, then blended into our foraged saison. The result is a stunning rose-gold pour with a flavour as beautiful as its colour. Expect an earthy base, layered with hints of lemon, berry undertones, and a crack of black pepper, all leading to a crisp, tart finish. A little taste of spring in a glass.
