Never ones to shy away from the weird and wonderful (because beer is supposed to be fun, damn it,) we blended two unique barrels then threw 100 kilos of Alberta-grown carrots straight into the mix. This beauty pours a stunning orange hue that's as bold as the idea behind it. There's a gentle earthiness that grounds the carrot's natural sweetness, all wrapped around a bright, fruity backbone and finishing with a whisper of acidity. It's unexpected. It's unconventional. It works.
