Italian Pilsner, 4.8% ABV

Only our third Italian pilsner, this one carries the hallmarks of a classic: a doughy, cracker-like malt backbone, a delicate grassy and floral hop flair, with a lickity-crisp, lemon spritz finish. Far from cliché, we deployed experimental hop variety HBC 1134 this time around, elevating this brew to the highest levels of consciousness. It's easy-drinking but still makes you think, the perfect companion to a great slice of 'za, or just laying in the grass, wondering why you named your dog after a carb.
