The people’s beer returns! For our third annual community callout, we used your immortal yard goliath—50kg of homegrown rhubarb—to fruit this barrel-aged beauty. Fun fact: this is actually based on one of Brandon’s original recipes from back in the OG homebrew Establishment, and because we’re always wont to do, we’ve tweaked and improved the formula year after year. We blended four different saisons, three of which were fruited with different berries, to create that signature jammy backbone, finished with a sweet-tart candy snap on the first sip. You can taste the love and connection in every bottle.
