Barrel Aged Anniversary Blend, 6.3% ABV

An ode to both past and present, Erlton St. was home to the original Establishment (a basement laboratory) and is now an annual benchmark for our evolution in barrel-aging beer. An orange & apricot aroma moves into fermented tea, black pepper and ripened fruit when sipped. There’s a firm bitterness that finishes sweet & smooth with a hint of rocket candy, minerality, and aged hop character on the end. This beer spent over 18 months in barrels, then was matured in bottles for over 9 months, resulting in a complex yet approachable wild beer, and a snapshot of EST in 2024.
