Barrel-Aged Anniversary Blend, 5.7% ABV

We’ve been saying it for years: the beer is the boss. So when this year’s vintage wasn’t ready for our anniversary, we listened. We don’t release anything we aren’t 100% on. As the heart of our barrel program, and named for the original Establishment lost in the 2013 flood, this World Beer Cup Gold Medal winner is a window into our evolution as a brewery. Expect notes of black pepper, sweet citrus, and tropical fruit, carried by a firm bitterness, with a smooth finish of rocket candy and minerality. What started as a dream in the mud is now 7 years strong, and counting!
