Grape Ale, 6.8% ABV

In a new frontier for The Establishment, this barrel-aged brew sits somewhere in the intersection of our fruited mixed-culture ales and a natural wine vibe. We blended three distinct base beers, then re-fermented the whole on 200kg of fresh, BC-grown Concord grapes. Beautifully bottled in clear glass (another first), the moment you pop the top, a cascade of grapes lands a juicy punch 'n bright, jammy, and aromatic. On the palate, a touch of black pepper and lemon adds that je ne sais quoi as you sip. Mid-ABV vino? Don't mind if we do.
