Fresh Hop West Coast Pilsner, 5.0% ABV

Calling all hop-heads! For our second installment of this garden-fresh brew, we procured 100kg of hops for every step of the brew, and thanks to our friends at @WVH, the vast majority of those were picked the morning they were used! Saaz, Cascade, Chinook, and @YCH Cryo Fresh Krush bring the vibrancy of the herb, along with lychee, citrus, wildflowers and stone fruit - bright, clean, crisp, and dry. This beer is incredibly seasonal, and because it’s 100% fresh, only possible during harvest, so do not miss this loving homage to the humble hop!
