Our wildest creation yet? We ventured into the Albertan wilderness to forage yarrow and other wildflowers, then paired them with 100% Hogarth malt to create a beer that truly showcases our home and the untamed flavours found across the landscape. The result is a uniquely complex and eminently crushable wild ale - a delicate tartness gives way to a botanical bouquet, woven with fresh herbs and a subtle peppery spice, all supported by a gentle, funky undertone. It's a genuinely one-of-a-kind, crushable tribute to the art of wild fermentation.
