Fresh Hop Wild Ale, 5.5% ABV

Lemongrass, Elderflower, Sage.

Technically, this is the first ever fresh hop beer we brewed, just not the first we've released. As we’ve been saying for coming on eight years now: wild beer takes time. In fact, it’s been two years since we originally brewed this one. Sourced from our friends at @wvhops, fresh Saaz and fresh Nugget bring a bouquet of delicate grassy, earthly herbal and soft floral notes, with a touch of tartness to add brightness. Better learn how to run because this drinks easy, and disappears easier.
